Stephanie Allen
Stephanie goes by "Steph" is the owner of this downtown Sanford, Florida Salon Studio. As a hairstylist she aims to give you a relaxing salon environment, as salon owner she aims to bring education, experience, and confidence to her team of stylists, and community member of Sanford aims to connect and Live, Work, & Play in this sweet hometown we call Historic District. She is a proud resident and business owner here. A 1983 Capricorn, Steph will make sure you feel seen and heard, relaxed, and in good company with laughs and deep breaths.
Steph is a Copper/Red Specialist, loves all Color Services, and just wants to do color, cut, and finishing all day every day. Available to book Tuesdays 10-8, Thursdays 10-8, Fridays 10-5pm

Jasmine Benitez
Jasmine began working in Steph's mentorship program end of Feb. 2025. She has been devoted to Color and haircutting services and is our absolute Expert in our Ritual HeadSpa service. She has a sweet family of two girls 11 and 5 and another girl on the way due March 2026, so she will be away for awhile as she cares for her newest arrival. We are so excited for her, and are so proud of the stylist she is today. She listens, she cares, and she gives an amazing hair experience. She is funny, kind, and gives an amazing shampoo. She has learned technique, strategy, and is an amazing Hairstylist. Jasmine is a Pisces and is hoping her baby will be too!

Sami Garcia
Sami started August 2025 and we are so happy she chose to come back to hairstyling. She worked with Steph in 2020 at another salon, she dedicated her time but as a mom she made a pivot to a career that had a more stable income. As he has grown she is ready to launch her career as a hairstylist. She is ready, she has the experience behind her, but in the mentorship program she is able to come back with ease to practice and hone the skills that require muscle memory in your hands, foil strategy, and education to become a master in the art of Color, Cut, & Finishing. She brings a joyful energy, great conversation, and a desire to give you a wonderful experience. Also a Capricorn like Steph, she was born on January 1st.
Sami is our Smoothing Treatment Stylist, she's giving fantastic haircuts, Ritual HeadSpa, and soon to be booking Hair Color Services.
